As part of the company’s Mentoring for Women programme, which seeks to allow female executives to reach their full potential, we had identified that there was a need for better influencing skills, both internally and with clients. I asked Enhance to put together a mini training session to introduce a group of 15 junior female executives to some tools and techniques to help them improve their influence on a day to day basis. The results were great. Lindsey Jackson talked about the principles of rapport, using both body and voice, and of the verbal business card. What made this stand out from other training was that it was highly interactive and structured to spend most of our time on exercises, giving real life experience of the technique in practice. Lindsey is a fantastic trainer, balancing encouragement and challenge so that everyone got the most out of it, in spite of it being a single, short module. I would definitely ask her back to do more work for us and think it could only get better by having more time to go into these powerful techniques in more depth.

I have found the coaching course to be one of the most beneficial self-development things I could have done - I have done nothing but practice my questioning skills since I got home!
I can say with a huge beam on my face that the course helped me see something about myself that will help me to have the inner confidence to coach / present .... and relax in the belief that experiences and time will develop my knowledge.

Thank you for all the useful tips at the presentations skills course. I have been putting what I learned to good use.... in particular making my presentations more creative. The INTRO and rapport techniques have in the last week helped me to make my presentations much more focussed and gain interest of the audience very early on. I look forward to doing many more presentations using the new techniques that I have learned.
