As these classes are very popular, places for the next half term are open to current class members only for the first 2 weeks of term THEN open to anyone who wants to book a place.
To reserve your place a post-dated cheque for the appropriate amount must be received , payable to "Lindsey Jackson" at: Enhance, 8 Raby Park, Wetherby , LS22 6SA . I will ring those who do not have a place and your cheque will be destroyed. If you wish to cancel your place after the start of term then we cannot refund your payment unless we find a replacement for the class. If you want confirmation of your place please do ring me on 01937 586685. If I am not in, leave a message and I will return your call. Please note : You should always seek medical clearance before beginning any new exercise, especially if you have any medical problems.

Classes are restricted in size for your benefit - with approximately 16 in a class. Individual attention by Lindsey ensures correct and safe moves - and so long as you don't mind, you will be corrected hands on so you learn the technique properly.
Classes are held in a calm, relaxing atmosphere for maximum benefit. Both the movement and the instruction will stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system and bring you a feeling of ease and calm.

Classes run for approximately 1hr 15mins. Lindsey tailors classes to suit participants needs. With Lindsey's experience and knowledge of spinal and joint problems - movements can always be adapted if you have a specific problem e.g back/shoulder. Please discuss your requirements with Lindsey before signing up. Pregnant women are welcome to join a class assuming clearance by their GP.
What to wear:
Wear loose, comfortable clothing - usually jogging bottoms / leggings and t-shirts are fine. Closer fitting clothes will allow Lindsey to see your posture better and give you more specific feedback and direction, but obviously you need to feel at ease! You can work barefoot or with socks, whichever you prefer.
Excellent exercise mats (1 inch thick) are provided but bring a cushion or towel for your head.

£45 for 2 people sharing.
